25HOURS HOTEL THE OLYMPIA
With its bold, eclectic character, 25h The Olympia hotel brings a design-led identity to a vibrant urban setting. Playful storytelling and organic finishes shape the hotel’s interiors, creating a guest experience that is both inviting and inspiring.
From concept through to ongoing execution, our Australian Furn-Niche team is currently working together with the architect and developer to bring their vision to life, delivering bespoke solutions across 109 guestrooms and public spaces including the lounge bar, restaurant, café, and terrace. The property is set to open later this year.
Indyk Architects, Ennismore, and Richard Crookes Constructions joined us in China to engage directly with our local team, visit the factories, and gain insight into the production phase. This hands-on involvement helped us shape prototypes, fine-tune details, and stay aligned with the client’s expectations.

Blending design with functionality, this fit-out features bespoke joinery, sleek vanity units that cohesively combine metal, wood and custom stone-like finishes, and a statement timber archway formed from solid oak dowels. Warm timber tones paired with vibrant pops of colour infuse the room with character, as integrated lighting sets a welcoming, contemporary mood.
