A highlight of Brisbane’s popular Howards Smith Wharves precinct, The Vincent is a recognisable landmark that blends comfortably with the iconic Story Bridge.

From opulent velvet sofas to clusters of gold mirrored side tables, every element of this fitout was deliberately designed to be flexible to suit the diverse room configurations.  Original artwork throughout by famed Aussie artist Vincent Fantauzzo is complemented by bespoke furniture designed by Furn-Niche. 

FN stayed true to the original SJB Architectural concept by incorporating the colours, materiality and geometrical form that features throughout the building. Furn-Niche designed the reception desk to characterise the distorted geometry of the building's facade and the harsh cliff that can be observed behind it.
